One of a Kind Items Repair and Return Policy

Policy Overview:

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the repair only for the one-of-a-kind items purchased from our store. Given the unique nature of each garment, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products.We do not accept returns however if the product is compromised by rips and/ or damage, we provide free repair services.

Policy Details:

1. Free Repairs:
- Customers are entitled to free repairs for any defects or damages that occur within six months from the date of purchase.
- Repairs must be requested within the six-month period, and proof of purchase is required.

2. Delivery Costs:
- The seller will cover all delivery costs associated with the return of the item for repairs.
- Customers should contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

3. Unique Item Considerations:
- Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, returns for refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
- Each garment is unique and has been previously worn and owned by an individual, which makes traditional returns impractical.

4. Repair Process:
- Customers must contact our customer service to report any issues with their garment.
- Our team will assess the damage and determine the necessary repairs.
- The estimated time for repairs will be communicated to the customer.

5. Exclusions:
- This policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
- Custom alterations or modifications made by the customer will also void the free repair guarantee.

RENTAL POLICY

Rental Policy for Items Lent

1. Agreement Overview:
This Rental Policy outlines the terms and conditions between the Lender and the Customer for the rental of garments and other items. By renting an item, the Customer agrees to abide by these terms.

2. Rental Rates:
- The rental price for each item is £50 per week. (7days)
- If multiple items are rented, a discount of 20% will be applied to the total rental cost.

3. Payment Terms:
- Payment must be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the rental.
- The payment details will be provided upon confirmation of the rental request.

4. Rental Duration:
- The rental period will be specified in the contract and must be adhered to.
- Extensions may be possible but must be agreed upon in writing before the original return date.

5. Return of Items:
- The Customer agrees to return the rented items on or before the specified return date outlined in the contract.
- A reminder will be sent 3 days prior to the return date to ensure timely return.

6. Consequences of Late Returns:
- If the items are not returned by the agreed date, a late fee of 25% of the total rental cost per day will be charged.
- Continued failure to return the items will result in further legal action and possible reporting to a credit agency.

7. Condition of Items:
- The Customer is responsible for the care of the rented items during the rental period.
- Any damage or loss of items must be reported immediately. The Customer may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

8. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the rental period to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

9. Acceptance of Terms:
By signing the rental agreement, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Rental Policy.


Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Responsibility:
The Customer is responsible for all delivery fees associated with the rental items. The delivery cost will be customized based on the destination country and the specific delivery requirements.


2. Delivery Fees:
- Delivery fees will be calculated at the time of the rental agreement and will be communicated to the Customer prior to finalizing the rental.
- The Customer must agree to the delivery fees before the rental contract is signed.

3. Delivery Process:
- Delivery will be arranged after full payment of the rental fee and delivery charges have been received.
- The estimated delivery time will be provided upon confirmation of the rental agreement.

4. Changes to Delivery:
- Any changes to the delivery address or requirements must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to avoid additional charges.

5. Delivery Confirmation:
- Upon delivery, the Customer must confirm receipt of the items and inspect them for any visible damage.
- Any discrepancies must be reported to the Lender immediately.

6. Liability:
- The Lender is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or issues related to the delivery service.

4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
